Delaney Ryde (she/her)

Program Coordinator, Klamath Grown
Procurement Regional Hub Lead

Klamath & Lake Counties

Working as the program coordinator for Klamath Grown, a food hub in Klamath County, Delaney is in touch with all levels of the food system from growers to eaters. Their mission is to bring people together around local food through community engagement, education, improved food access, and producer support.

Her past work in school garden education and on small organic farms has shown her the power that local food has to positively impact communities. She has spent time on farms in Michigan, Alabama and Oregon, which has helped develop a well-rounded background for the different needs in multiple growing seasons and rural areas.

In her eyes, Farm to School work is just another piece in the food system puzzle of finding unique ways to support our local farmers and uplift our communities. She’s excited to be working as the Procurement Hub Lead to help Klamath and Lake counties connect with many of the amazing producers in her region!
